- Because our products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee stock availability, please wait until you receive stock confirmation from us with a final invoice before you make payment.
- Products will not be prepared for delivery until the funds reflect in our bank account therefore we kindly ask that you pay the final invoice as soon as possible and send a proof of payment to email@example.com to ensure that your order will be completed successfully as we cannot hold stock for unfulfilled invoices.
- Currently, we cannot facilitate collections and will hopefully soon be able to, for now, all orders are sent via courier.
- Your final invoice will have the delivery costs as this is established by our courier company.
- We try our best to keep product prices as up to date as we can but it is not always possible and therefore pricing may vary from what is advertised.
- You will receive a final invoice from us before you pay anything and if you are not satisfied with the final amount, you have the option to decline the purchase.
- To return a defective item, please email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org with a full description of the issue you are having with the product.
- If the problem cannot be resolved, you may send the product back to us to be exchanged for a new one.
- Please note that product exchanges can only be processed if the product is sent back to us untampered, with no physical damage, and in its original packaging.
